Contracting entity

Unless a specific group company is named in the document, all agreements are entered into by SquareCircle Global FZ LLC.

Order of precedence

A signed agreement prevails over any statement on this website, proposal deck or marketing material.

Authority to bind

Only authorised signatories of the contracting entity may commit the group. Verbal or email statements do not create binding obligations.

Invoicing and payment

Invoices are issued by the contracting entity in the currency stated in the agreement, and payment instructions are only changed through signed written notice.

Trademarks

Using our names and marks

Clear, consistent use protects both our brand and the accuracy of your communications.

  • SquareCircle Global, Datatools Intelligence, SquareCircle Ventures, SquareCircle Novaxis and Sortur Foundation are names and marks of SquareCircle Global FZ LLC.
  • Partners and clients may reference our marks factually to describe an existing relationship, using the exact spelling and capitalisation shown on this site.
  • Do not alter, recolour, distort, animate or combine our marks with other logos, and do not use them in a way that implies endorsement, certification or joint ownership.
  • Press, analyst and co-marketing use of our logo requires prior written approval; requests go through the contact page.
  • Third-party names and marks appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Policy changes

Material updates to our published policies are recorded here with the date they took effect.

  1. Policy suite published

    Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Accessibility Statement and this disclosures page published, with a cookie consent banner and category controls.

  2. Brand and entity naming clarified

    Site-wide naming standardised on the SquareCircle Global brand, with the full legal name SquareCircle Global FZ LLC retained in the footer and legal pages.

  3. Security posture hardened

    Nonce-based Content Security Policy, HSTS, referrer policy and a responsible disclosure contact published at /.well-known/security.txt.
